At Carded DXB, we take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
Please note:
- Returns & Exchanges - We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
- Damaged items - If your order arrives damaged, you must notify our team within 5 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us at hello@cardeddxb.com with your order details and clear photos of the damage.
- Approval Process - Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items - All other returns, refunds or exchanges are not available at this time.
